J. TRACY ROBINSON - BOARD MEMBER
Mr. Robinson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Oberlin College 
​and Masters Degree in Education from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Robinson has been active at strengthening fatherhood from a grassroots to the national level.  Mr. Robinson serves as an independent trainer and consultant.  Mr. Robinson is an encourager, motivator and a source of inspiration for many. He has
​a long-standing commitment to his faith and serves as a deacon and adult Sunday School teacher at the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church where Dr. Keith Allen Troy is the Pastor.   Deacon Robinson serves as the vice chair of the deacon board. 

​Mr. Robinson has been married to his college sweetheart for 25 years.  They are proud parents of two sons.  Jacob is a senior at Duke University.  Jonathan is a freshmen at The Ohio State University.
DARREL B. GIBSON - CONSULTANT

​Darrel B. Gibson is Principal and Founder of Paradigm Philanthropic Consultants, LLC (PPC) a full service fee based firm located in Westerville, Ohio. PPC assists non-profits in the areas of institutional capacity building related to their resource development needs.  The firm seeks to empower organizations with the knowledge and systems to secure their long-term financial vitality and sustainability.   PPC has a special niche interest in developing and equipping organizations to evolve beyond annual giving programs to create perpetual endowment funds through legacy giving campaigns.

Gibson brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of major and legacy giving campaigns, and overall fund raising program development.   Prior to founding PPC, Darrel lead successful development programs as Director of Development for Ohio Wesleyan University and The Ohio State University.  He previously managed development programs at American Heart Association as  Vice President for Major and Planned Giving, where he was responsible for working with a senior team of managers to develop and design that organization’s first nationwide endowment program and an association wide charitable trust administration program. 

​Gibson earned his undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., as well as father to Spencer and Amber.
KIMBERLY (KIM) EDMONDSON - TREASURER


Kim is a native of Columbus, Ohio currently working as a Process Management Specialist in the Supply Management Services area.  She has been with Nationwide for 17 years.  Kim started her career at Nationwide as a Customer Services Analyst
in Individual Annuities.  Since being at Nationwide she’s gained experience in Financial Services, Treasury Management, Budgeting and Forecasting.  Her current role focuses on Program Management, Training, Communication and Policy Administration.  Prior to joining Nationwide she held various financial positions
at what is now known as Verizon Wireless.

​Kim currently serves as Treasurer of the Associate Resource Group, AWARE
(African American Women Active and Ready to Exceed) for a second term. 
Kim also serves as a board member of Future Possibilities and Treasurer of Making
​a Difference Foundation to provide mentoring and resources for Columbus Public School children.  Kim earned a Bachelor of Science Accounting degree from Franklin University.  Married to Al Edmondson with 2 children, she resides in Reynoldsburg, OH.   She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and running.
MICHAEL L. MARTIN - BOARD MEMBER


Michael L. Martin, an MBA graduate of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, works for AEP where he’s held positions in Risk Management, Structuring, Commercial Analysis and Settlements. Michael is currently a SOX Manager in the Commercial Operations Division of American Electric Power where some of his responsibilities include being a liaison between senior/executive levels of management and internal and external auditors.  Michael is also responsible for all compliance activity within Commercial Operation. Michael is a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association; and is also a former member of the Executive Board of the Columbus chapter of NABA.  He is also actively involved in ACAP-Ohio, a nonprofit accounting careers awareness program sponsored by the Ohio Society of CPA’s.   Michael is also very active in the community; he currently sits on the board for Make A Difference, Inc.  and some of his other charitable affiliations include Men of Standard, United Way, YWCA and 100 Black Men of Central Ohio   Michael originally from Cleveland, Ohio now resides in Westerville, Ohio with his wife, Michelle and their four children Nicholas, Alex, Mikayla and Jason.
